Your current Curio puzzle box needs to be postmarked in the mail by the day before your renewal date. Even if you’ve made your selections for the next month, we won’t be able to send you your next puzzle box until we receive notification of your box being returned to us. We also charge a $10 late fee for puzzle boxes not returned on time. Don’t worry – we will send you more than one reminder email to send your puzzle boxes back! 

Your next puzzle order will automatically process on your renewal date. Once the order processes, your card on file will be charged and we will ship your new puzzle out within 2 business days.

If you lose a puzzle piece, submit a form on our “Contact Us” page as soon as you can. We understand mistakes happen which is why the first time this happens, there’s no charge. Just ship your puzzle back as usual. After the first time, we’ll simply issue a $10 charge to your account or give you the option to buy and keep your puzzle for $20.

Hang in there – we’re working on increasing the frequency of puzzle shipments per month. We’re also working to add an ad-hoc order option where Curio Members can log on at any time and order a single puzzle in addition to your regular subscription box at any point. 

No worries! Simply log on to your member portal and click on “Re-print my return label”.

We are working on expanding our capabilities to include a wishlist feature. For the time being, just be sure to check back in five days before your next renewal date and request that puzzle then.
