So how does Curio work?
Step 1: Become a Curio Club Member
Here at Curio, we are passionate about making sure puzzle lovers have the opportunity to do premium, contemporary puzzles without having to pay full price for them. We have plans ranging from one puzzle per month to three per month. Before you can start adding our puzzles to your cart, head on over to our “Get Started” page, choose from one of our three puzzle plans, and officially become a member of the Curio Club.
Step 2: Pick Your Puzzles
Now that you are a member, the fun begins! Choose from our curated puzzle collection. Having analysis paralysis on which puzzle to choose? Feel free to check “Mystery Puzzle” and we will send you a random puzzle of our choosing for that month. Once you have selected your puzzles for the month, hit the “Submit Order” button and your order will begin processing immediately.
Step 3: Let the Puzzling Begin
Orders to our Curio Club Members ship out within 2 business days. That means within a few days, you should have your puzzles at your doorstep – hooray! You have the full month to work on and enjoy your puzzles. We recommend holding on to the box your puzzles shipped to you in. That way, once you’re ready to send your puzzles back, you simply re-package them with the already printed return label and put them in the mail.
Step 4: Return & Repeat
Your membership will renew on the same day each month. Up to five days before your next renewal date, you can log on to your account and select your puzzles for the next month. You can return your current puzzle box at any time throughout the month, but you will just need to make sure the postmark date is before your next renewal date. Your new puzzle will ship out within 2 days of your renewal date.
